Very good!

I decided to make a stir-fry dish last night with chicken breast, broccoli, and sliced carrots. I just put about a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a skillet, and added the 2 cups of vegetables first, stirring until they were partially tender. I then added the sliced chicken breast (about 6-8 ounces for 2 people), a sprinkle of salt, and 1/4 tsp. of the peppa orange, and continued to stir fry until the chicken was golden brown. There is a definite "bite" from the peppa, and the orange is quite subtle. Very good served with rice.

My first time making successful pork chops

As a Japanese woman, these spices are very different to what I’m accustomed to. I wanted to make pork chops and tried Peppa Orange. I added a little salt , pepper, garlic and the Peppa Orange and what a good surprise! Our pork was moist and really flavorful! So yummy. I never tasted pork this way! My son and I will make this again! Thank you Würzpott!

I never heard of Peppa Orange before so I had to try it.. Bold move on my part as my family is very very fussy. To my amazement it was a hit. Subtle hints of orange and a slight spiciness. Well done wurzpott this is a keeper!.Next I have to try Peppa Pink .
