- 1 pound grass-fed beef
- 1 cup kale, bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup couscous
- 1 jar canned marinara
- 2 tbsp Veggie Meadow Spice
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- Brown the Beef: In a large saucepan over medium heat, brown the grass-fed beef. Season it with salt, pepper, and half the portion of Veggie Meadow Spice.
- Cook the Couscous: While the beef is cooking, bring a medium saucepot of water to a boil. Add couscous and cook until tender, approximately 10 minutes. Drain once done.
